Conditions:

  • until 12.31.2021, The non-repayable co-financing portion may be granted up to a limit of 25%of the total amount of the loan requested, taking into account the available resources and the total amount of the loan applications submitted within the terms and under the conditions established by the Concessions Committee;
  • For capitalization operations, the non-repayable co-financing will no longer be available.

Dedicated bank account For the purpose of the eligibility of expenses incurred during the implementation period of the initiative, applicant companies must open a dedicated bank account to the financing granted by SIMEST. This account must be used for the disbursement of the financing and for all related incoming and outgoing transactions. It will be possible to indicate the details of the dedicated current account (i.e., IBAN and the account opening contract) through the Portal.

Access methods to the Portal

A new feature has been implemented to simplify access to the Portal and improve the customer journey. With the tool “virtual queue” You will be able to manage the acquired priority with awareness of the number of users ahead of you and the estimated times to access the service.

Remember that once priority has been acquired you will have 60 minutes available to carry out your activities; after this time you will return to the queue. You will still have the opportunity to save your draft during compilation.

Points to note

  • Filed financial statements: during the application submission process, the Portal automatically assesses some of the applicant's eligibility requirements for the selected funding based on the latest financial statement / last two financial statements* filed with the Chamber of Commerce and consequently visible on info providers. If you have not already done so, remember to file the financial statement for the 2020 financial year.
  • Preliminary assessment: The pre-evaluation service is temporarily suspended. The lack of pre-evaluation does not prevent the continuation of the loan request: complete the loan application submission process and your request will be evaluated during the review phase.

Depending on the requirement and the selected tool

Post-approval funding application management procedure

Remember that, in the event of a positive resolution, you can now manage the disbursement of your loan entirely online on the SIMEST Portal. In fact, after accepting the Particular Contract Conditions with SIMEST, you will need to upload the documents relating to the conditions precedent, where applicable, to the Portal in order to obtain the first disbursement.
