12/31/2024 is the deadline for the Biennial FDA Registration Renewal for companies exporting to the USA
AGRI-FOOD and WINE COMPANIES are reminded that the deadline for renewing their U.S. FDA facility registration (FFRN) has now passed and that in order to operate, it will now be necessary to submit a new registration.
Indeed, in accordance with U.S. FDA regulations, the Food Facility Registration—which is mandatory for exporting food products to the USA—expires on December 31, 2024, without exception for all companies.
It will now be possible to request a new company registration for an additional two years, with a new expiration date of December 31, 2024, through a procedure that we will be happy to handle for you.
Possession of an FDA Registration Number is mandatory in order to continue exporting your agri-food products and wines to the USA
