fairs.<br>The initiative is particularly relevant for companies interested in&nbsp;<strong>American market<\/strong>, where participation in trade fairs often represents the key to connecting with class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each company can obtain a contribution for&nbsp;<strong>participate in up to 3 international B2B trade fairs<\/strong>&nbsp;that take place during 2026, both&nbsp;<strong>abroad<\/strong>&nbsp;(for example in the United States) is&nbsp;<strong>in Italy<\/strong>&nbsp;provided they are recognized as \u201cinternational\u201d by the official calendar of the Conference of Regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation must take place with&nbsp;<strong>their own exhibition space<\/strong>, contracted directly with the trade fair organizer or, in the case of events abroad, through an\u2019<strong>local specialized agency<\/strong>.<br>Italian collective stands or intermediaries are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amount of the contribution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He&nbsp;<strong>non-repayable grant<\/strong>&nbsp;is granted as a title of&nbsp;<strong>De Minimis<\/strong>, for an amount&nbsp;<strong>fixed rate of 15,240 euros for each trade fair<\/strong>.<br>This amount includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u20ac12.700<\/strong>\u00a0as a lump sum for participation in the trade fair (space rental, setup, logistics, and promotional material);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u20ac2.540<\/strong>\u00a0(equal to 20%) to cover the direct costs of the employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basically, a company participating in three trade fairs can receive up to&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac45.720<\/strong>&nbsp;of total contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements for admission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following may apply:&nbsp;<strong>SMEs registered in the Register of Enterprises<\/strong>&nbsp;against&nbsp;<strong>operational headquarters in Lazio<\/strong>.<br>Subjects that do not meet the general eligibility requirements (such as activities excluded from the ERDF or companies not up to date with social security contributions) are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection criteria and scoring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The assignment takes place via&nbsp;<strong>ranking<\/strong>, not with the \u201cclick day\u201d system.<br>The score depends on various factors, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ratio of foreign turnover to total turnover (up to 40 points);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>number of employees (up to 20 points);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>project structure (more trade fairs, more points);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>absence of previous contributions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certifications of\u00a0<strong>gender equality<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0<strong>environmental sustainability<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>youth business<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery and payment methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contribution is disbursed&nbsp;<strong>balance due<\/strong>, in a single payment,&nbsp;<strong>within 30 days<\/strong>&nbsp;from the conclusion of the last approved trade fair.<br>The refund request must be uploaded to the platform&nbsp;<strong>GeCoWEB Plus<\/strong>&nbsp;along with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>declaration of participation (self-certification);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contract with the organizer or local agency (with relative company profile);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>descriptive report of the activity carried out;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photographic or video documentation of the stand and promotional material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the reporting is approved, the&nbsp;<strong>The refund is credited directly to the beneficiary company's
